I am looking to buy a used car and I stumbled upon a 2022 Ford Bronco Sport with a 1.5L L3 engine and a salvage title. The price is 23,500$. I wanted to get some advice from the forum members here on whether I should go ahead and buy this car or not.

I understand that buying a car with a salvage title can be a risky proposition, but the price is quite attractive. I have done some research on the car and it seems to be in good condition overall. The engine is in good shape and it has been regularly serviced.

However, I have some concerns about the salvage title. Will it be hard to get it insured? Are there any other issues that could arise from buying a car with a salvage title? Will I have any problems reselling the car in the future?

I would love to get some advice from members on this forum who have experience buying cars with salvage titles. Please let me know your thoughts on whether I should go ahead and buy this car or not.

What was the reason for salvage? Don’t forget there is a recall for 1.5 L engine fuel injector leak causing fire. The repair is a risky move by ford.
