Is anyone running Toyo Open Country A/T III tires in 245/60r18 on their Outer Banks without doing a lift???

I am looking for some AT tires as well but not many choices in the 225 60 18's that came with my '22 OB, so I am looking for something more common that will fit as well :unsure:
